For the last 40 years our team has been blessed to serve the people of eastern North Carolina, and now we have the honor of serving Virginia and South Carolina as well. From humble beginnings in a small coastal town, we have endured the long hours and the thousands of miles on the backroads to realize the dream of what is now the largest dedicated land brokerage company in three states. Land and Farms Realty started in 2010 in connection with the Mossy Oak Properties brand. What started with 10 listings and three agents has grown to what is now five offices, 30 agents and counting and more than $98.6 million in sales last year. Our team of Land Specialists has more than 100 years of real estate experience, all dedicated to the purpose of helping our clients achieve their individual goals.
