Pretty lot on partial point. Gorgeous views. Very gently sloped (genuinely ''walking friendly''). Partially cleared but still with plenty of mature hardwoods. Terrific location. Also, walking distance to Virginia Dare Marina w/bar, grill, mini store, RV parking, boat gas and supplies. Bonus: Natural beach area, too!
