Pender County Land and Farms

Fishermen enjoy pursuing their sport along the Cape Fear River, the shoreline of Topsail Island, Roan Island and Rock Fish and Colvin’s creeks. Hunters visit the 48,795-square-mile Holly Shelter Game that is used for hunting where deer, bear, turkeys, fox, raccoon, rabbit, squirrel, quail and doves are bagged.  Pender County Schools provides K-12 public education. Cape Fear Community College and Westview Bible College open the door to higher learning.
